So I logged in on Elder Scrolls Online this morning and saw a message in the launcer saying 'Before deleting a character, remember to store your pre-order bonus items in your bank so you can retreive them on other characters.' Only, this came up after two weeks ago I sent Customer Support an email about this issue; to which I got no reply. Too late, Zenimax.
